These terms and conditions for software licensing and its services (“Terms of Use”) are a legal agreement between JK & ISK IT Solutions, an Indian corporation with its registered office at 158, Pathra-2, Parahupur Mughalsarai, Chandauli, Uttar Pradesh, 232101 India, acting on its own behalf or on behalf of any of its affiliates, third-party suppliers, licensors, or service providers (hereinafter referred to as “Company,” “Our,” or “Us”).
In order to enable its customers to create software for their businesses, the business that goes by the name “JK & ISK IT Solutions” offers a choice of software service alternatives via a single platform.
Any mention of “JK & ISK IT Solutions” in these Terms of Use shall be understood to relate to authorized individuals working on the Company’s behalf. The Company may delegate its rights, responsibilities, and obligations to such individuals.
These Terms are in accordance with the Information Technology Act of 2000 and other relevant regulations. These are electronic records and do not require physical or electronic signatures.
By using the solution, the Client accepts these Terms and any addendum or annexure. If the Client does not agree, they should not use the solution. Updated terms will be made accessible at https://jkitsolution.site.
Customers are responsible for verifying the accuracy of product information before making a purchase. We are not responsible for any errors resulting from inaccurate information or changes made by suppliers.
All trademarks, whether registered or unregistered, are the property of their respective owners. No license or right to use any trademark is granted without prior written consent.
The customer will not acquire any rights to JK & ISK IT Solutions’ software, content, or materials. JK & ISK IT Solutions’ property remains owned by the company or its third-party suppliers. The customer is prohibited from copying, modifying, or reverse-engineering any part of the service without permission.
Administrator accounts will be provided to customers to manage their own users. Customers must maintain the confidentiality of their accounts and are responsible for all actions taken in connection with their accounts.
Customer support is available between 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. on weekdays and holidays. Customers can contact support through the chat widget on the website or by emailing info@JKandISKITSolutions.com.
The Client shall pay the applicable fees as outlined on the JK & ISK IT Solutions website. Additional charges by third-party platforms will be the responsibility of the customer. Any applicable taxes or duties shall be borne by the customer.
JK & ISK IT Solutions’ total cumulative liability will not exceed the fees paid by the customer in the previous 12 months.
Either party may terminate the agreement by giving 30 days' notice prior to the end of the subscription term. JK & ISK IT Solutions does not guarantee service availability, satisfaction, or error-free operations.
